Well as you all know I had my first dog shows last weekend, and boy what a weekend it was. My mommy entered me in all 7 shows! It took me a week to recouparate but I'm back to being a playful bouncing puppy again. I had tons of fun at the show and even won my class in the first two shows. I ended up collecting a bunch of ribbons, a ceramic plate, a terra cotta pot, and about 30 dollars. Overall the judges were very nice to me and not too hard handed when they did their exam. My mommy even cooked chicken for me, to use as bait, so I had something to chew on and distract me while every one else was moving around in the ring. Mommy's coworker Charly came to see me and Barbie show on Saturday which was really nice, she even brought me presents. Mommy bought me a couple new toys and a new show lead as well. My new show lead is bright blue with sparkly beads, it's much prettier than the old plain black one that we used for training. Eventually mommy is going to make me my own custom leather show lead just like she did for Barbie.
As you can see I really enjoyed showing. My next show is the Lake Mathews Kennel Club and after that we're doing the Mission Circut. I can't wait to get back in the ring and see y'all at the shows.
